And little "H" got a big kick out of trying to hide from me. He is simply the cutest kid. I had such a great time hanging out with this family.

Congratulations Cheryl & Steve...

Kauai is truly a gem, even by Hawaii standards. What a perfect setting for Cheryl and Steve's wedding. The northern part of the island gets a ton of rain, and we made sure to go up 2 days beforehand for some engagement photos. 

And thank goodness. The fog settling in against the mountains made for a stunning background. The sunset at the beach was truly a gift. Cheryl and Steve were troopers when it started to rain. They were quicker than I was to find shelter!
 
Then, came the big day. Cheryl looked gorgeous in white. Steve looked dapper in his linen suit. The ceremony was joyous, quiet, touching, funny, intimate and...just perfect. And all of this...with Poipu Beach as the setting.

Thanks to all of the family and friends who made it out there and helped make the day even better. The trip was one I'll never forget. Congrats, Cheryl & Steve. And thanks for asking me to be a part of your special day.
